1. Dive bomber
2. Kick through
3. Burpee
4. Back extension
5. Push up side to side
6. High knee
7. Mountain leg hop
8. Ladder Superman Plank
9. Push up jacks

5 times per week, 3 sets at least. 15 min to burn all the fat and get in shape.
